Pros
-Valuable work and feeling good about waking up everyday or night knowing your helping someone improve their quality of life. -training (they dont have to do that)
Cons
-VERY low salary, like not a living wage salary -high stress, constant on call, cant plan a schedule and have to sacrifice work life balance -not impressed with benefits for a healthcare company -inconsistent management due to high pressure from capital firm who calls the shots and knows nothing about the industry so management cant act with autonomy -lack of consistent schedule
