Many nice employees, even some of the heads of the company are great.
Cons
Lack of communication, doesn't know what they want, were really focused on firing during the interview process, they said multiple times that they fire for this. I was hired as remote, checked on that multiple times. I knew the president wanted people in the office so I made an effort to show up anyway. Me one one other guy who liked remote were laid off even though "I'm really good at what i do and know my stuff". Pretty sure it was in part because of the remote thing and they decided that they wanted someone of a higher position. my boss talked to me a total of 6 times in my short time there. It was a short lived experience and a waste of my time. I was recruited to be there, wasn't looking for a job, then laid off after a month.
