Toxic work environment - PV Specialist ProPharma Group Employee Review

PPG was a great place to work when I first started, but ever since the globalization and mergers, its gone down hill. Management is out of touch with reality of how their teams are doing. They don't care or listen to their employees, yet they continue to micromanage us all without understanding our day to day work. They continue to lay off knowledgeable people and continue to shift their business to India without being transparent about their intentions. Do yourself a favor and keep job searching. Not worth the time or money with this toxic company.
