      I am not able to think of one positive to write. The quality is poor, leadership is weak and lacks experience, no team spirit internally, a regulatory nightmare. Mission statement sounds good but is not measured or followed in day to day function

      Company seems to be growing.

      Cons

      For medical writers the bonus is incredibly low, considering when you directly for a sponsor it’s usually about 15% or more depending on title/level.
