No quality in codes and product discussions. Only one person leads a project. There is no discussion within the whole team. 4. People here are judged by the friends circle they are involved in rather then their work. BE CAREFUL before you choose your friend here dude else you are not trustworthy! 5. Personal relationships here are so popular that the team is affected due to one's act. 6. If you are looking for gossip based company and not work based (as you cannot develop your skills here), then this one is for you champ! 7. Not a single product manager is aware of what exactly is going on inside the project. 8. There are so many useless developers in the company who just can do anything to stay in company, in short, politics. Making the whole company's environment worst to work for.
