Pros
I can only speak to my experience with ProSource since I was deployed to a client, but it has been overwhelmingly positive. They offer salaries that are well above the industry average, and the onboarding process with ProSource is seamless. Additionally, they organize monthly activities to foster socialization among remote employees, creating a sense of community. While my experience was influenced by the client I worked with, ProSource genuinely supports and promotes a healthy work-life balance.
Cons
They drastically reduced employees' HMO benefits and, rather than addressing employee concerns, made the situation even worse. On top of that, they offer only a minimal and uninspiring benefits package.
