Poor management and redundancies - Software Engineer Proactis Employee Review

Management decided to turn a British company into one that now operates predominantly out of Manilla. Department wide redundancies, no wage rises and no training budget. Profitable little business bought over by a hedge fund and poorly managed. They dont live their morales. This used to be a brilliant company.
