Once great, now being chopped up for parts - Anonymous employee Proactis Employee Review

What was once a great company was poorly managed, and continues to be managed worse and worse as time goes on. The company was UK (North) based, but the company is being moved to primarily Manilla, alongside a fancy head office in Reading. To do this they've gutted the company, losing almost 50% of staff when I first arrived. They've replaced many of these roles with Manilla staff, but lack basic understanding of how to transition these teams: - IT teams moved 3 times after making the entire team redundant, and still doesn't operate well. - HR was gutted and emails to them still go unanswered for weeks despite a new head. - Development team totally removed and changed to Manilla, but they don't understand the current product, can't hit targets, and the product is near CONSTANTLY down due to bugs. The company is clearly being set to be sold in the next 6 to 12 months, and I do not expect the company to grow under its current senior management.
