Pros
I worked here for a number of years as a Processing Clerk and the pay is good for the role it is and some of the people are nice.
Cons
Very poor management. It's more about the stakeholders and no care for their staff! Management are unprofessional and don't listen to their employees. The holiday proceedure is diabolical...first come first served and everyone has to email their dates via email when the email is sent to ask for holiday requests and my holidays were constantly rejected because of this ridiculous procedure! Management raise their voice to you infront of the entire office if you've made a mistake! The training is contradicting and long winded. There are no progression opportunities and they don't want to help you progress. Do not work here.
