Great team members - Project Manager Proactis Employee Review

My coworkers are always eager to help when called upon. There's very little of the "it's not my job" perspective. We know that we can only grow together. The flexible work culture is a great benefit and I appreciate the schedule flexibility. I have had the opportunity to work on great high-level projects and take some work that has challenged me, which only helps my growth. I enjoy the relationship with clients and the satisfaction of knowing that I am helping them automate their processes.

I don't have any cons. I know that the company is growing and has typical growing pains. I see this as an opportunity where I can help.
