Fantastic marketing and business development team! The Marketing and BDE team are lovely people, a great bunch that are all hard working and are leading the growth of the company. Progression Opportunities are pretty good too.
Cons
Senior Management Team has changed a lot and has created a high pressure work culture whilst offering very little support or recognition to anyone, but expect big results. Often I felt like I had no voice, and no input into the strategy. Feedback was never accepted, you just had to get on with your job and keep your mouth shut. NO support from team managers, or SLT. There is a huge gap between the SLT and those on the ground - they simply aren’t interested! Product Roadmaps are non existent and very little is being invested into crucial product areas. Integrations between product modules are very fluffy.
