Pros
Excellent annual leave policy, relatively quick to accrue 30 days leave in the UK and working from home is the norm. People do seem to care about each other and the wider world, there are some good people working at Proactis.
Cons
Limited to no salary improvement Salary's are market average, at best Bonuses are non-existent Limited to no progression Constantly changing priorities and direction The acquisition of the company, by a private equity firm, has led to it's downfall
