      Pros

      Pay is typical to other employees Majority of staff work their socks off every day in a very timely stressed manner.

      Cons

      Staff fear of being dismissed . This is mainly due to no support from management. If you say something your out of a job. Bullying is horrendous and there is no support. Overworked, then expected to work outside of a shift the extra hours needed to complete work that was impossible to complete in the time frame originally given. Work/life balance very poor. No staff wellbeing Face don't fit out the door. Worst career move ever.

      Pros

      Working from home is the most motivating factor

      Cons

      Having worked in multiple environments. I had never come across such a bullying environment. Also, reviews seem to be added to avoid plummeting ratings. Very misguided
