Pros

Working on client projects provides good exposure and learning opportunities, along with better visibility within the organization. The work environment is generally collaborative, and teams are supportive. In ProcDNA Services, there is hands-on experience with tools like data pipelines, Power BI, Tableau, and Databricks, which helps build strong technical skills.

Cons

If not staffed on client projects, employees are assigned to internal projects which tend to have less visibility and recognition. There is a clear difference between ProcDNA Analytics (Sector 20, Gurugram) and ProcDNA Services (Sector 32, Gurgaon) in terms of work type and structure. ProcDNA Services focuses more on technical and operational tasks, while Analytics handles core analytical work. Compensation in ProcDNA Services is comparatively lower than ProcDNA Analytics for similar roles, and there is an additional lower hierarchy level. The notice period is also longer (90 days vs 60 days in Analytics).

Pros

I did not have a positive experience during my time at the company. I struggled to identify any meaningful strengths in terms of leadership, technical capability, career growth, or overall organizational vision.

Cons

In my experience, the company is heavily driven by internal politics, and decision-making often appears to outweigh technical expertise. I found the technical leadership lacking in the depth and strategic direction I expected. The quality of work was generally mediocre, and I did not feel there was a clear long-term vision beyond revenue generation. I also observed an excessive focus on criticizing competitors like ZS and Axtria instead of building differentiated capabilities and delivering value to clients. Overall, I would not recommend this company to professionals seeking strong mentorship, technical excellence, or meaningful career development.
