This company has grown tremendously during my 3+ years there. From employee benefits/perks to growth opportunities. Management is great and will always listen and encourage development. You will get many opportunities and experiences that you wouldn't be able to get at bigger agencies. The best part about it is they actually care about their employees and clients and provide the best and most innovative services. They also very much treasure the company values and culture. Great work life balance.

It is a small team so there may be limited options for career advancement, but a very positive experience nonetheless. Generous leadership and very satisfying work where you can feel the positive impact you have for clients. If you deliver good work, management gives you a long leash and allows you to experiment with client strategy and innovate company processes.

Hybrid model isn't for everyone, but if you're in the area it's a no brainer.
