Great Company, Great People - Customer Care Representative Procentive Employee Review

The company atmosphere is accommodating, supportive and collaborative. They believe in finding a job placement best with your strengths and can promote from within. They genuinely enjoy celebrating personal and professional accomplishments of their employees. The company philosophy they demonstrate daily by meeting together to trouble shoot software issues. They set goals in small groups and help each other achieve them. The EOS model they implement has been inspiring to see first hand in the first few weeks of employment.

To be honest, I haven't found one yet.

I love the impact I make working in this company to the behavioral health field- the better we serve our customers, the easier it is for the users to help their clients heal. This is a company who lives its values. The people here work hard (we are heads down doing our work and helping others on our teams and striving to refine always) and play hard (like creating mini golf holes, bacon-off cooking competition, exercise group, cake day once a month, game night, and more) because a work/home balance is important. It is a company of learners always striving to do more and better as the industry and world change. I love working with and for people who feel like friends/family, always an opportunity to learn more in the product, personally, and professionally because there are people to walk alongside of you in your life. Procentive gives me 40 hours a year of paid time off for volunteering they call "Caring Well Hours" which allows me to help in my kids' school throughout the year, donate blood, work at the community food shelf, etc.

If you don't like constant change or sarcasm & humor, this company might not be a good fit.
