Pros
Cannot speak highly enough about working here. Company culture is very important to me, and the people here across the board are fantastic. The work environment is very trust based and allows you to work autonomously. You have a constant support network and knowledgeable resources at your finger tips. Benefits and salary are more than reasonable. Plus, the product and future company vision are not only well thought out and continually improving, but they are also loved by customers across the board as well.
Cons
There will always be growing pains as tech companies develop and expand, and when acquisitions happen - this can be further emphasized. However there is nothing I can note that reflects negatively on ProcessUnity - I think the team deals with these challenges well and are continuously improving.
