      Nothing to say in pros except for good dinner

      Cons

      never go there they will cheat you I don't know how employees work here but they will run and come with in a month they say no bond and don't know meaning for bond please don't go there my kind request Hr are worst they act and they will talk in all ways to bring you inside the hell never go there

      Pros

      Prochant believes in work life balance. They understand that sometimes you have personal issues that need to come first but then other times it's all hands on deck to work through a work crisis. I love working there.

      Can't think of a downside.

      The people you work directly with. Your team.

      Cons

      Management switches all the time and gets worse with each person. Compensation is way under market value and the the work load unmanageable. You're a number.
