      Pros

      Good overall environment and tools to work with. The company will try to offer you the best tools you need to do a good job.

      Cons

      The management isn't aligned well in it's intentions, since some can act unethically without being discovered because of problems with overall communication. So, part of the company is aiming high trying the best to be a great place and grow while there's people only trying to guard their position, abusing their power and not really adding to the company.

      Fast paced small company focused on delighting its customers. Pleasant work environment, lots of opportunity to grow professionally.

      Cons

      "Small company" means "you have to do a little bit of everything". Not a place to work if you want a well-defined job description. More for people who want to learn and grow in multiple directions.

      Job security, your contribution will be rewarded and know. Being a small company, there is more ownership and responsibility of products you develop.

      Extremely low salary, low wages, no scope of promotion or rising in the company
