      Pros

      The team is energized and engaged, our products are best-in-class, and our customers love us. We've been recognized as a Utah 100 company for 7 years in a row, and we just doubled the size of our office to make room for the next 7 years of growth.

      Cons

      Some additional team members would be nice in order to keep up with growth, but this is something we're actively working on.

      Pros

      I’ve loved how much the company is bought in on making great products and services. There’s a ton of opportunity to grow and learn new things. Access control is far from what I thought I’d be doing for work, but it’s been an incredible journey learning the ins and outs. I love the community that we have, and the benefits are great.

      Cons

      -Department cliques at times, due to it being a smaller company.
