A place to call home - Analyst, Logistics, and Fulfillment Prodigy Promos Employee Review

Pros

Prodigy Promos has great career opportunities for those who show hard work and initiative. They reward loyalty, dedication, good work ethnic, creative thinking, and many other leadership traits. Though this company grows by leaps and bounds annually, they never forget their employees. This is not a place to call work. This will soon become your second family. You will also recieve some great promotional gear. Plus, the Christmas party is amazing. As for the negitive review, I would consider the validity of the review from a disgruntled employee who feels cheated.

Cons

As with many successful company's the stresses that surround upper level management positions can take its toll. You will occasionally be asked to work long hours until the completion of a project. As mentioned above, Prodigy Promos will support and reward you. Not a place for the laxidasical, the selfish or self center , the loner, or the 9 to 5 only employee.

Pros

I've worked at Prodigy for two years. I love a lot of things about working here, but the things that significantly impact my job satisfaction are 1. The people that work here are great, it's a busy, but social environment. Cliché, but work hard, play hard really is a fitting description. 2. There is a lot of flexibility working here, people are appreciated for doing their jobs well, and if you are reliable and hard working you will benefit from the flexibility. 3. I feel like every department works hard to contribute their part and make sure their team is pulling their weight (credit to the managers/execs). The Art Dept is creative and quick, Screen Printing work so hard to make everything I need work, rush jobs, weird prints, they always figure out a way; Sourcing and Accounting balance having the reps backs and looking out for the company very well.

Cons

One thing I found initially difficult working here is that you are kind of thrown in to the deep end, so-to-speak, because it is a fast-paced place to work and hard for anyone to take a lot of time to train. I've seen it make it difficult for a few people to stick it out, but once you get over the learning curve, it's worth it.
