      Pros

      Amazing coworkers. A very accepting environment, ie. no racist comments or homophobia from anyone to my knowledge. Managers respect pronouns from day one. Flexible hours, so it is great for a teenager still in school.

      Cons

      Very fast past and little room for error. Mental math and memorization are a must have. Very difficult at first.
