      Pros

      I am a fresher but my supervisor helped me and handholded me to understand my work areas and ensure that I deliver as per expectations. I was applauded before the entire team for the project I delivered within timeline. I think it is the place for employees who want to learn new things and want to take on challenges and make a career. The infrastructure has improved a lot now after the discussions with the higher levels. They take care of the staff and treat their employees well. I am happy to work here. Employees are good. You get time to people to settle down.

      Cons

      No personal drawers. Only big cupboards are given to keep the items.

      Pros

      When clients didn’t want to sit around and hear about long winded speeches about what makes their windows so great, they would just call back and ask “why?” Over and over again like a sick and deranged idiot. It’s embarrassing that this is what they would probably call motivated salesmanship. And this is a their pro.

      Cons

      They make you sit for a 1.5-2 hour sales pitch and still may get you no quote for their work.

      none there are none they’re horrible

      many NEVER GOT MY LAST CHECK they don’t pay their employees pay is horrible they treat their employees badly they will harass you, talk down on you, gossip about you and your life can’t request days off modern slavery
