Pros
Fair amount of work for the employees Very friendly atmosphere among the workers Good environment for those who like call center jobs, most of their customers were very easy to communicate with.
Cons
Judgement/criticism from upper management Training is okay.. they say something, but expect different outcomes sometimes. Very bad communication from all ends, Management doesn't work with the employees, rather against them. Calls aren't recorded
