Pros

DIR/Floortime model Awesome Coworkers Supervisor works to find in-home sessions close to your home. Good support from supervisor (but can vary based on what supervisor you have) Paid drive time. Paid mileage. Phone stipend. Health benefits when full time.

Cons

No incentives to stay motivated or stay with company longer than a year- basically you learn everything you need to know in one year and nothing makes you want to stay there. (No real pay raises) High turnaround. Supervisors not very organized with their Teen Club Supervison. One day there will be a supervisor, another time no one will be there to tell DI’s their topic to talk about. Very inconsistent. Some coworkers have a hard time working up to full time. Mostly dependent on availability and home location- if there are enough clients near your home. They don’t want to pay for you to drive far basically. Reports can accumulate one month and then have no reports the next month. Will be super overworked some months depending on when reports are due for your clients. Will take work home sometimes and not be paid overtime. They highly discourage overtime even if it’s needed for that month due to reports.
