- Poor quality of clients (little growth oppportunities) - No work-life balance (with several employees)

Bad words are exchanged to the employee by the lead/manager to put employee into more pressure. Not good in transferring the project details and miss-communication between the clients are their major concern. Not given any experience letter for the work contributed by the employer.
