Work life balance, the ability to speak directly to executives, the ability to change the way things are done if need be, no boredom here -- the ability to wear many hats and learn new skills, fair salaries.
Cons
Hard to give one but travel can cause an increase in workload occasionally but this is to be expected with any company.
