This company is emotionally driven and is a very toxic work environment . Long nights and weekends after you worked 8-5 will be your work schedule and you will report directly to the CEO who will reach out to you at all times of the night. If you set boundaries then you will be taken off every project and bullied until you quit because the employer doesn’t want to pay unemployment. There is no HR or any upper management to ask questions. The company gives the illusion of a big corporate company but it’s is a group of about seven people doing the workload of twenty. PTO is made up and whatever the CEO decides and you will never see it when you separate from the company so use it while you can. Who ever you are, be careful and make sure it is the culture for you!
