Beware - Anonymous employee Proficio Employee Review

From an employee standpoint - literally everything. Narcissistic owners with absolutely no interest in constructive feedback. Do not work for this company if you want to be respected or valued. Your insights and expertise mean absolutely nothing if they don’t align with the co-founder’s views. This company expects seasoned professionals to cold call all day and take a 10 step back professionally. Micromanagement is off the charts. If you don’t answer a call - fully expect an immediate text requesting an explanation for how you’re spending your time and why you couldn’t answer - just one example. Also - it’s painfully obvious that the company has intentionally posted positive reviews on Glassdoor in an effort to save face. Bottom line - if you’re a seasoned professional - DO NOT WORK for this company.
