      Pros

      Work experiences and co-workers were great. However 3 rounds of layoffs in 2024 which cut more then 50% made the teams redundant and non-functional.

      Cons

      The company is a disaster, CEO only sugarcoats stuff and products do not appear to be what it seems. Potential clients and employees think twice as this is a sinking ship.

      Loved the management, culture and work life balance. Challenging work around best in class employees in the cyber security field. A place to advance your career.

      Pros

      CEO Brad Taylor was one of the best CEO’s I have ever worked for. Really cares for his people and Proficio core services are fantastic.

      Cons

      Very large deal size so sometimes hard to thread the needle through the finish line.
