      If you are well liked by upper management, you feel listened to. It can be flexible in schedule sometimes. You will find an amazing group people here which is the biggest plus.

      Cons

      You are on a consulting track or a project coordination track. One side makes significantly more money. Managers seem to have very little experience actually managing people. Bad communication all around by management from rolling out processes to communicating team changes.

      Pros

      The people are pretty nice and usually willing to help when starting out. The benefits are also good.

      Cons

      Of you're not an associate director, director, or partner aka a project coordinator the pay is pretty awful. Definitely under market for similar positions like EA'S.
