Not too much room to grown in accounting, but that's the case for any business this size as the accounting/finance usually run pretty lean

Nothing in particular that comes to mind. Some of the pros I have noted could be seen as cons for some people. Profitect is probably not the place for people who find it hard to self motivate and need to be constantly heavily managed and pushed in the right direction.
