      Profound Logic is a small company, so you are really in a position to make a difference. Development is always looking for innovative solutions to customers' needs, so there is an excellent opportunity to learn new things. Because there are offices in different time zone, you can choose your hours.

      Cons

      Because it is a small company, some procedures are still forming as we grow, but I am confident this will be addressed over the next few years.

      Pros

      great leadership and culture with a strong PMF.

      Cons

      The market is shrinking each year, but still a large prospect base. So right now not a lot of cons. i will say AI is changing the game.. tough to know at this time if it is a con for this space.. I think it's probably a pro at this point.
