The product itself has real potential and could genuinely improve outcomes for many men. Unfortunately, the company is held back by poor leadership needed to successfully bring such a promising product to market.
Cons
Working at Profound I felt completely undervalued and emotionally drained by the culture there. The company will take everything you can give, push you beyond reasonable limits, and then blame you when things go wrong instead of supporting you. The environment felt toxic, exhausting, and deeply unsupportive, with executive leadership showing little empathy for employees. The CEO seems like someone who does not genuinely care about the wellbeing of his staff, and morale across the teams reflected that. I left feeling burned out and disappointed by the entire experience.
