Pros
As a programmer you work with skillful and humble colleagues. Social activities so you know better your colleagues. No excess amount of meetings, just what is needed. Annual salary revision. Annual bonus, tied to your performance.
Cons
You don't have room for advancement, neither in salary nor in role. Company is inflexible in term of hours, only when the pandemic has hit that we were offered some. Technical debt is something very present, and won't disappear in the near future.
