Flexible schedule, good pay, understanding management and overall nice place to work. CEO is very family oriented and is very fair when it comes to his employees. This is a company that will actually listen to your problems and try to resolve them.

Hours may vary and are sometimes not in a normal work day, new employee training sometimes inadequate (but getting much better).

Ability to work from either the corporate office or remotely was very nice, plus it allowed for a flexible schedule. Vacation and sick pay was good.

Too many to mention. Company is not innovative in the space and is always playing catch up to other similar companies. Pay is a good 40% below market average. Upper management has no idea as to the challenges of a medical company and, as a result, lacks real direction for the company. There is little to no intercommunication between departments and no accountability.
