This tool monitors hours too, if your screen time is less than 8 hours, HR will call you and tell you that you are not working properly irrespective of the client feedback. You receive no recognition for good work but get reminded every time if screen is ideal for 5 minutes or if you worked less than 8 hours according to that tool. No team support, senior doesn’t care about your well being. If project ended, no job security either.
