      Flexible timing but no life

      Not recommend to join PHP department. He always ready to humiliate a team mate in front of the whole team. You always answerable for "KYU". He has full time to quarrel with team mates

      - Acts like a family - Overall nice people

      Cons

      - Useless ineffectual management that severely lacks people management skills - NO communication between leaders whatsoever - Stupid company wide choices made on a whim based on what the CEO THINKs will be a good market choice. (It's not) - Overly eager to buy out new entities without actually doing anything with existing assets. - Nobody knows what anyone else is doing and if you ask they'll ignore you
