Pros

Sarah has consistently exceeded expectations throughout this review period. She possesses strong writing and communication skills, evident in the engaging content she creates for the blog and social media platforms. Sarah is highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring all marketing campaigns are launched smoothly and on time. A specific example of her success is the recent social media campaign for our new product launch, which resulted in a 20% increase in website traffic. Sarah is also a valuable team player, always willing to help colleagues and share her knowledge.

Cons

While Sarah excels in her current role, there are always opportunities for growth. One area for development could be her public speaking skills. As she progresses in her career, presenting marketing initiatives to larger audiences might be beneficial.

Pros

- Acts like a family - Overall nice people

Cons

- Useless ineffectual management that severely lacks people management skills - NO communication between leaders whatsoever - Stupid company wide choices made on a whim based on what the CEO THINKs will be a good market choice. (It's not) - Overly eager to buy out new entities without actually doing anything with existing assets. - Nobody knows what anyone else is doing and if you ask they'll ignore you
