Company going downhill fast and issuing mass layoffs - Customer Service Progress Residential Employee Review

Pros

Decent benefits, leave policy, and remote positions are the biggest reasons to work here. Baseline pay will hardly pay the bills and the quarterly bonuses are nothing to write home about. But if you live in a double income house or if you live at home with no financial obligation this may be for you.

Cons

The whole company is doing bad so they're cutting staff. Multiple mass layoffs in the span of a year. They're also a stickler with clocking in and out on time, to the minute. They hand out corrective actions like it's candy, so you better be used to sweat shop call center policies. Actual job isn't bad, you answer the same questions over and over again. But what makes it hard is how other departments don't do their jobs right so you have the same customers getting transferred to you over and over again because they can't reach the person/dept who they actually need to talk to.
