8yThank you for taking the time to write this review. You have certainly made some valid points, and I'm sorry you left the company before we could act on the feedback you provided. I understand your frustrations because our rapid growth has resulted in some inefficiencies and challenges, and we are working hard to address these issues. I can assure you we are committed to open, honest communication with all employees. Our management team has an open door policy and we try to personally get to know as many employees as possible through one-on-one meetings and social events. As we grow, it is more difficult to do this with every employee, and so this year we introduced a monthly newsletter, quarterly town hall meetings, and employee engagement surveys. We have taken action on feedback where possible and will continue to do so. I am thankful that you have shared your opinion here so that I and others can reflect on your feedback and make improvements. I wish you all the best and hope you are able to find the right fit in another company.
