      Pros

      - Working with the kiddos - Alarmingly high pay compared to other companies - Extra hours available

      Cons

      - Little to no supervision hours /No support from upper management - Seems like the company only cares about making money and not the development of the clients - Company bills the client's insurance for materials needed for session, but does not actually purchase anything. Parents are expected to buy their own supplies resulting in fraudulent billing. - Parent training approach is basically non existent - No appreciation or motivation for the therapists - Whole operation seems kind of sketchy, only work here if you want to just do the bear minimum and get a paycheck

      Pros

      Supportive work environment, competent management. Everyone working here seems to want to advance their knowledge and make a difference in their clients' lives.

      Cons

      Like any ABA client/session situation, you don't work 9-5 and work depends on client availability, but management works to keep work as consistent as they can.

      None. There are no pros working for this company.

      Cons

      Unfortunately people claim to have licenses they don’t actually have. Highly unethical practice, repeatedly shouting at kids with the same instruction until “compliance” Staff are expected to drive the clients to and from the clinic to keep the business going
