      12 hour shifts Laid back work environment Working with the individuals and seeing how happy they are Able to work on school work in downtime

      Cons

      Management doesn't respect you. If you're a hard worker they'll work you into the ground with no show of appreciation, but if you slack off or don't do you're job then you get celebrated.

      Pros

      You get paid for the time you work. It's a fulfilling job to help individuals that are intellectually and developmentally disabled.

      Cons

      Management are not proactive, do not listen, do not take take the ones that work in the field seriously when they give concerns, dismissive, say one thing and do another, basically lie.
