Pros

Coworkers are good people and friendly Some Toyota employees are great to talk to as well

Cons

Employees are not cared for. Progressive Health higher ups bend over backwards for the plant higher-ups (also out to get you) and will step over you to do it. Any special project that needs to be done, you won’t get credit for. Toxic culture due to some “leadership” choosing favorites, having double standards, not even knowing which employees are on shift, and only looking out for themselves.

Pros

Flexible shift length scheduling as long as working within pay period requirements for your position (ex, 5×8s, 4×10s, 5×7s) Flexible morning start time Experience with various patient populations (low to high acuity)

Cons

Unable to get PTO approved unless given a year in advance even for one day. You can't plan anything not knowing if you *might* have to work that weekend in 6 months. For appointments, they want you to leave and come back to work your full shift or make it up. Caseload scheduling is inefficient and administrative tasks eats into patient care time. There is minimal desire for management to create and implement solutions.
