Cons
Nothing is organized and there is no sense of structure The CEO plays League all day and screams at 12 year olds on the internet for the entire day while working 10 feet from the developer keeping his company alive. The CEO says social inappropriate things like its his job to do so. The CEO completely disrespects his employees, thinks he's the greatest person of all time when he genuinely has no clue what he's doing at any given moment, and has no understanding of basic social skills other than being a surface level business man that manages to con investors too stupid to look past the surface. The content behind the website (aka the core product of the brand for a long time) is completely trash and is trash because Management is unwilling to make proper changes. Management has instructed and hounded employees to leave high glassdoor reviews which violates glassdoors terms of service and is likely an illegal thing to coerce an employee to do. Management pays criminally low wages that are actually illegal in some cases as they below the minimum wage for a full time employee in California. Management will lie and deceive their employees to save a couple grand or to appease investors. They expect you to have unwavering loyalty to the company, to "make sacrifices for the company" and to work tons of extra hours, even though they're paying you well below your pay grade (regardless of role) and will not hesitate to lie, disrespect, and even fire you on a whim. You'll initially think working there is cool and you'll overlook the flaws thinking you can change them, but you'll quickly realize that it's impossible to fix. Management has been that way for years, if not for their whole lives, and will never change. If they don't like what you say or if you don't dance to their drum or play their game, they'll dispose of you.
