      Pros

      Good people, good product, amazing location on historic farm.

      Cons

      Constantly furloughing employees to make up budget gaps, bad communication. Very top down leadership structure. Business model no longer relevant and leadership is in denial of that.

      Pros

      Worked with great people who enabled me to build a strong college thesis. Strong values company, with a great company culture.

      Cons

      During my internship I did not encounter any cons. Woke up some mornings and got to work when it was dark, wet, and cold...but, that's all part of the adventure.
