      Pros

      1. Heart long weekends (extra days off before/after public holidays to disconnect and enjoy) 2. Top level tech stack 3. Top level processes regarding SDLC and Agile(I don't think I'll experience again that level) 4. Learning opportunities while working with new tech

      Cons

      Losing 5 stars just because the management was sometimes unreasonably demanding while we were delivering in a very consistent manner and were ahead of schedule in many projects. It felt like we were always under heavy pressure.

      Loved my time in PA. Highly motivated managerial team with ample resources to help you grow professionally and succeed. Only con is that you work hard. But, it is very rewarding and very team oriented.
