Pros
* Creative, positive environment * Great management; transparent, open to feedback, not obtuse or overbearing * Start-up feel with reliability of long-established industry leader * Great co-workers from whom you can learn lots * New technology
Cons
It's all brand new (new company, new technology, new arena), so the culture is still being set up and communication can be difficult. This is rapidly improving though, and i have a positive outlook on it.
