Pros

Good benefits for the most part. No life insurance.

Cons

Project Canary has been run by big egos without the competence or real operational experience to match. Leadership churn has been constant; there were four CEOs in four years. Many shifts brought a new set of “priorities” that didn’t add up to a coherent strategy. There have been several large rounds of layoffs, which created a climate of fear and whiplash. The CEO in particular felt capricious, making major decisions based on misinformed beliefs and feelings rather than facts and real data. The culture can also be very toxic at times. It often felt political and blame-driven, with people protecting themselves instead of collaborating, and that took a real toll on morale. The business also seems to be hanging on by a thread. It burned through a huge amount of money quickly, with little to show for it, and it’s trying to sell a product that very few organizations want, no matter how the offering gets reframed.

Pros

Smart people. Fast paced. Freedom to think outside the box, learn new skills, and bring an idea to the table and be heard.

Cons

None that are worth mentioning. Most of the people whining in these reviews weren't a good fit for the environment. Lazy, entitled, and obvious limited experience in the workforce.
