      Great people, mission driven, opportunity to work with youth and do meaningful work.

      Cons

      Small team, you are wearing lot's of hats, with too many initiatives/projects at the same time. Lack of communication and defined roles.

      Pros

      They had an amazing intern program with supportive people and gave us work based on what we wanted to do

      Cons

      Some of the work was a bit tedious (i.e. calling 250 people)

      Pros

      They were awesome. Too bad they are not working anymore. All the kids they helped with their excellent programs must find somewhere else to learn after-school science.

      Cons

      The downside is that they don't have enough money to buy pizza for the office, soda, or pay you overtime (even though they make you work overtime a lot).
